How to use:

Use the thinner head for anal washing and the thicker head for vaginal rinsing.
Always clean the product before use and then fill the balloon under tap with lukewarm water. Then slowly introduce the water into the anus or vagina and inject it by pressing the ball. For anal washing, the fluid should be held in for a little while and then released, and this process should be repeated until the fluid leaving is completely transparent.

Cleaning suggestion:
