German made replacement roller, medical device, not capable of vacuum formation by itself, only attached to Fröhle medical anatomical penis pump!

Thanks to its shape, it covers the entire penis and testicles, so that the effect is even more intense, the suction experience is more intense and the erection is increased.
The soft cuff at the inlet prevents any air leakage to create a perfect vacuum.

Connected to the previously purchased pump and hose, it provides an intense vacuum treatment for the penis: it hardens the penis, leading to a longer and more powerful erection immediately. Convenient to use pump for a more powerful erection.

Use:
Simply place the soft, velvety-feel cuff over the mouth of the cylinder, flatten it, then place the penis in the anatomically shaped, transparent, vacuum cylinder and align the testicles in the section designed for them.
Then use the ball pump to create a powerful vacuum - this will force blood into the cavities of the penis and make it instantly erect.
Then release the air by depressing the pressure release valve and create a vacuum again. Repeat this over and over again until you achieve an erection of the right firmness.
Use for a maximum of 20 minutes!

Regular use can increase the length and diameter of the penis.

The result will be clearly visible through the professional, fully transparent cylinder.

Cleaning suggestion:
The product does not contain any electrical parts and is therefore waterproof and easy to clean.
Wash thoroughly with mild soapy lukewarm water, rinse and allow to dry. Recommended: use special cleaning agent (06302500000) - available separately.
