How to use?

Start from the smallest size.
With plenty of lubrication, start putting the dildo on as long as you feel comfortable with the process. Then gently move it in and out a few times, then in a circular motion for a gentle stretching action.
Only switch to a larger size once you can comfortably insert the smaller size!
Before inserting a larger size, be sure to do the exercises with the smaller size as well!
