Use:

Clean the patches carefully with soap and lukewarm water before first use!
Clean the skin surface with soapy water to prepare the perfect adhesion.
Dry gently with a towel.
Apply the patches.
Make sure your nipples are positioned in the middle of the patch.
If you are not satisfied with the result, take it off and try again!
Press the patch lightly to secure.

After wearing, gently clean with soap and lukewarm water!
Do not use the patch on scarred, wounded skin!
