Use:
After lubrication, insert the vibrator into the vagina with the end of the vibrator facing you and upwards, the clitoris stimulator arm should then be positioned away from you and upwards.
Play around at first, with small little off and on movements, then go all the way in, adjusting the clitoris lever so that it rests nicely on the pubic mound. If you want more intense clitoral stimulation, make sure you spread the labia apart so that the lever is in direct contact with your clitoris. You can then alternate the vibrations in the shaft and the clitoral arm as you wish.
