Use:
After lubrication, insert the vibrator into the vagina with the end of the vibrator facing you and upwards, at which point the clitoris stimulator arm should be positioned away from you and upwards.
Play around at first, with small little off and on movements, then go all the way in, adjusting the clitoris lever so that it rests nicely on the pubic mound.
If you want more intense clitoral stimulation, make sure you spread the labia apart so that the lever is in direct contact with your clitoris.
You can then alternate the vibrations in the shaft and the clitoral arm as you wish.

Controls:
Key switch on/off: Press and hold the two silver buttons simultaneously for about three seconds
Vibration of the vibrating arm: the vibration can be started by briefly pressing the small round button at the bottom once and switching between vibration speeds, the function can be switched off by holding it down for a long time
Thigh stem vibration: the upper, elongated button can be activated by a single, short press of the button, the nodding movement and the speed can be switched between and the function can be switched off by a long press
