Controls:

Insert the batteries first, according to their polarity.
Press and hold the bottom button to switch on and off. Press button down briefly once to start vibration and switch between vibration modes.

Usage:
The vibrator should be positioned, after leveling, with the curved head facing you and upwards. Cleaning suggestion:
