Black stories: Fatal Love - board game

We know from fairy tales that there is no greater power than love. Our history and literature also provide countless examples of how love can be fatal. In the latest edition of Black Histories, players can unravel the harsh logistics of famous works of literature, romantic films and reality. Investigate!

Slightly morbid, sometimes funny stories about the most exciting human emotion: love! Unravel every little detail of these strange stories!

How does the investigation work?

1. The storyteller draws a card and reads the story on the back of the card. But the other players can't see this - only the title, illustration on the front of the card, and the one sentence that is just enough to get you started. Let the investigation begin!

2. The players aim to deduce the whole story by asking questions to be decided, to which the storyteller can answer yes or no (or, if they want to help the team, indicate if a question is not relevant to the case. There is no right or wrong question, sometimes the most unlikely suggestions will help you move forward! So, how's the investigation going?

3. Once the investigators have figured out the story, the storyteller is rewarded by reading out the text on the back of the card, including any creepy details. Congratulations, well done!
