Use:

Just squeeze the bell at the belly with your fingers, place it on your nipple and release. As soon as the bell springs back to its original position, you'll feel the divine suction and your nipples will start to expand! You can remove the bells by squeezing them again a little with your finger, eliminating the vacuum.
